Fundraising Rules and Criteria

Eligible organizations include: public nonprofit organizations with an IRS 501(c)3 designation, faith-based organizations*, service clubs, and public school programs (*additional rules apply to use of funds).

To participate, a nonprofit MUST complete the following:

Submit a completed application
Attend a mandatory information meeting
- Pinedale - 5:30 pm Tuesday, April 7
  Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church (112 S Sublette Ave, Pinedale)
- Big Piney - 5:30 pm Tuesday, April 14
  Big Piney Library (106 S Fish St, Big Piney)
Volunteer in the preparation or hosting of the Race To Raise (September 19
in Pinedale) or Cally's Helping Hands (November 4 in Pinedale)
Attend the Cally's Helping Hands Ceremony Event
Wednesday, November 4 at the Pinedale Library Lovatt Room
